Monty Python, for those of you that don't know, is the name of a comedy team that originated in the late '60s in England. This group of comedic geniuses have made several movies, but their original media was television. They started Monty Python's Flying Circus decades ago, and it is still popular today. In fact, classic episodes are now being shown on A&E on Saturday night, I believe. Check it out. It's full of very silly British humor that, to me, is hilarious. I guess you just have to have a certain sense of humor to "get it".

The movie, Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail, has got to be one of the funniest movies ever. It pokes major fun and King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. I could attempt to summarize this film, and I may at a later date, but I could never do it justice. This is not "typical" American humor, but it is truly a "must-see" movie. Some people {much to my disbelief} have actually said that they don't like this movie, but they just don't "get" the humor. If you think the typical CBS sitcom is funny...don't attempt to enjoy this movie.
These are the three main movies that they made. All are worth seeing, but ...The Holy Grail is my choice, by far, of the three.
